1. Who you are dealing with

This website is operated by Natural Ear Products Inc., 200 S Virginia St, Suite 800, Reno, NV 89501, USA. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean that company; "you" means the person browsing this site or placing an order. By using the site or ordering from it you accept these terms.

2. Our role

We are an independent online retailer. We purchase finished goods, hold them in our own warehouse and sell them to you. We are not the manufacturer or brand owner of the products we list, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by those parties. Product formulation, manufacture and labelling are their responsibility; the retail sale, delivery and returns are ours.

3. Products and information

We describe every product as accurately as we can. Photographs are illustrative, and packaging is occasionally updated by the brand owner without notice. The label on the bottle you receive is the authoritative statement of ingredients and directions. Nothing on this website is medical advice; please read our Disclaimer.

4. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we email your order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order — for example where stock has run out, where a pricing error has occurred, where we cannot verify the payment or delivery details, or where we reasonably suspect fraud or resale. If we cancel after taking payment, we refund in full.

5. Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude any sales tax that may be added at checkout. The three packages available are the 2 bottle pack at $158, the 3 bottle pack at $207 and the 6 bottle pack at $294. Shipping is free within the United States on orders of three bottles or more; smaller orders carry a flat $9.99 shipping charge.

Every order is a single one-time payment. There is no subscription, no trial that converts into a recurring charge, and no stored card on file. Payment is taken at the time the order is placed.

6. Delivery

We dispatch from Reno, Nevada and aim to hand every order to a courier within one business day. Most US addresses receive delivery within three to seven days of dispatch. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees, and we are not liable for delays caused by the courier, the weather or an incorrect address supplied at checkout. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

7. Money-back guarantee, returns and refunds

Every order carries a 90-day money-back guarantee. Contact us within 90 days of your purchase date to start a return; we will confirm the return address. Return the bottles — empty bottles are accepted — and we refund the product cost to your original payment method, normally within two business days of the return arriving. Original and return shipping and handling charges are not refundable. We may decline a claim that falls outside 90 days, or where a return is not received.

8. Acceptable use

Use this website lawfully. Do not attempt to interfere with it, gain unauthorised access to any part of it, scrape it at scale, or copy its text, images or code for republication. Do not place orders for commercial resale without our written agreement.

9. Intellectual property

The layout, written copy and original graphics of this website belong to Natural Ear Products Inc. Product photography, brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and appear here solely to identify the goods we retail.

10. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA, and the courts of Washoe County, Nevada have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to consumer protection rights available to you where you live.

12. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page when you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
